When Nina Askew turns 40 and divorces her husband, she's over the moon about unloading her stuffy lifestyle and reinventing herself. When she meets her uber-sexy, 30-something doctor neighbor, she wonders if the age gap is too much. This hot contemporary romance will keep you turning the pages long into the night.
4. “The Duke’s Virgin Spinster” by Claire Devon
When Vanessa hires a male prostitute to take her virginity and Duke Wilson shows up at her door instead, she hides after their steamy encounter. 5. “Sweet Dreams” by Kristen Ashley

6. “Time and Forever” by Susan B. James
If you like a side of sci-fi with your romance, this story is for you. Two friends, Lorena and Sherry, are sent back in time to 1969 via a virtual reality adventure game, giving both women a look at what’s possible. This book has second-chance romance and is truly a magical read.
7. “Delicious” by Sherry Thomas
When a talented cook with a troubled past meets her deceased patron’s brother, things heat up fast. And not just in the kitchen. Set in Victorian England, this book delivers the steam and a few twists and turns along the way.
